Raw Material Quality Control
Supplier Access Criteria: Raw materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.) are purchased only from high-quality suppliers certified by ISO 9001. Material certification (such as melt composition reports and mechanical property test reports) is required.
Incoming Inspection: Material composition is tested using a spectrum analyzer, and mechanical properties are tested using a hardness tester and tensile testing machine to ensure that raw material yield strength, tensile strength, and other indicators meet product design requirements (e.g., tensile strength of stainless steel plates ≥ 520 MPa).
Production Process Quality Monitoring
Process Self-Inspection and Patrol Inspection: Quality control points are set for each process. Operators conduct self-inspections using tools such as vernier calipers and coordinate measuring machines. Quality inspectors conduct patrol inspections every two hours, focusing on key parameters such as punching size, bend angle, and weld strength.
Online Inspection Technology: The laser cutting process is equipped with a vision positioning system to calibrate cutting path deviations in real time. Non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic testing) is used in the welding process to ensure that welds are free of defects such as pores and cracks.
Surface Treatment Quality Control: Rust-proofing performance is verified through salt spray testing (neutral salt spray test ≥ 480 hours), and coating stability is ensured through adhesion testing (cross-cut test ≥ Grade 5B). This ensures that the coating meets the environmental resistance requirements of industries such as rail transit and power electronics.
Finished Product Inspection
Full Performance Testing: Finished products must undergo comprehensive testing for dimensional accuracy (3D scanning), appearance defects (visual inspection and magnifying glass inspection), and functional compatibility (such as cabinet and chassis load-bearing and heat dissipation testing). Only products can be shipped if a 1 0 0% pass rate is achieved.
International Certification Compliance Verification: For export products, additional testing is conducted for mechanical safety (EN 1090) and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) under CE certification, as well as heavy metal (lead, cadmium, etc.) and hazardous substance (polybrominated biphenyls, etc.) limits under ROHS certification to ensure compliance with target market access standards.
Quality Traceability and Continuous Improvement
The traceability system: Unique product codes link raw material batches, production equipment, operators, test data, and other information, enabling "one product, one code" traceability throughout the entire product lifecycle. This allows for rapid response to customer quality inquiries and issue resolution.
Improvement Mechanism: A quality issue database is established to regularly analyze the causes of defective products. Product quality stability is continuously enhanced through technology upgrades (such as optimizing stamping die precision) and process improvements (such as adjusting welding parameters).
